The pool and patio area are fantastic for a family. It might be a little awkward if you don't know the people on the other side of the unit, but luckily we did! The beds were comfortable, the living room was super nice, the kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing to note - there is major construction going on directly on the other side of the fence surrounding the pool. So you do not see the ocean. You just have to walk to it to see it! Which isn't awful. The location of the property in proximity to restaurants is 10/10. Never having to drive and pay for parking is priceless. We loved Mr. Waves - we karaoked every night! We also really appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, washer/dryer, and downstairs fridge.
