5* Florida living. Stylish & tranquil pool home in Briarwood

We had such a fantastic stay at this house in Briarwood.! From the moment we walked in, we could tell the home was thoughtfully decorated with a fun, welcoming style that made it feel both special and comfortable for our whole family.Mom especially appreciated the coffee area. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe and peaceful, which made it easy to truly relax. The kids were in heaven with the basketball hoop and volleyball courts nearby—they were entertained for hours. The house was also stocked with beach supplies, which made our trips to the beach effortless and stress-free.One of our favorite features was the outdoor TV by the pool. Watching the Final Four outside in the warm evening air was such a memorable experience and something we’ll definitely talk about for a long time.The location couldn’t have been better. We loved being so close to Fifth Avenue, Third Street, and the beautiful beaches at Loudermilk. Everything was convenient, yet the home still felt like a quiet retreat.This house had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway, and we hope to come back and stay here again soon!

Had issues with the pool.

Briarwood neighborhood was great as was Naples. Home was very aged and cluttered, with very little family room space. Do not feel photos really represented the state of the property as most areas need to be updated.

We had a wonderful vacation! The place was great. The pool was so warm the kids swam non stop and this was in Dec/Jan. The shower head in the master was not working. I messaged the people and someone came the next day to replace it and then it worked great. They were very responsive! I love this neighborhood. My parents used to have a house here and I have wanted to go back to visit since they sold.
