Check in was easy. Gated community but simple process to get set up and well worth the security of being in a gated community. The area within is well kept up and has two additional community pools, tennis courts and pickle ball. The house was clean and was perfect for our family of 4 but would easily fit more. There are beach chairs, beach cart and all kinds of pool toys.
