Villa Terra Paradiso * luxury pool home with spa in Briarwood

Property was very clean and decorated nicely. The split floor plan accommodated my family nicely with everyone having their own private space.Upon returning from a day boating we discovered an issue with the central air and the host was very responsive and a technician was sent the next day to repair. We have rented in Briarwood several times as we do love the development and its location to area amenities and the airport. This house was the best by far of our previous rentals.

Marilyn was terrific. She replaced the umbrella, barbeque, pool toys, all new. Even loaned us an extra table so my husband could work outside and brought new towels.

Very comfortable and perfect layout for us. We all enjoyed the pool, especially the kids. Only drawback was the lights in the pool didn’t work so night swimming was out. With the black lining/stone in the pool and lights not working we couldn’t see the kids, so no evening/night swimming. That was disappointing but other than that everything was good.

We stayed for the U.S. Open Pickleball tournament in Naples. Great location and pickleball in the neighborhood. We loved the cleanliness and fresh decor and the beds were super comfortable. Enjoyed our week here and will definitely rebook for next year.
