-Not as nice as pictured. -Pool in need of repair -Around pool loose blocks. -Ladder broken on canal deck, so you are unable to use kayaks because you can’t get in and out -decking also old and splintery -4th bedroom in garage, damp, with no bathroom. You have to go outside and out to front and go upstairs into house for bathroom. -Sliding doors don’t lock - Rugs in bedrooms were dirty -master bedroom bathroom exhaust fan is so dirty it blows dirt out -not one cleaning product anywhere. Had to buy stuff. -ice maker broken on fridge.
