Lakeview Villa*lovely pool home in gated community

The pool was not heated. Therefore, we didn’t use it because the water was NH indoor pool temperatures. House was clean, great location.

We had a nice stay for 5 days in this home. We were three couples. The neighborhood was very nice to walk in and it was close to many places to drive to. The community pool was well- maintained, clean and nice and warm! There are courts for tennis or pickleball if you want to stay active. Pros: The home is clean, spacious, and has lots of common space to hang out together with friends or to spread out. Great location. Well-equipped kitchen. Inviting and cozy. Cons: The home is a bit worn and it was evident in the pool that didn’t heat and some of the ripped pool skimmer and unsturdy cracked chairs around the pool. Host did send someone who fixed the heating pump and we enjoyed it the very last day. That day that we finally hung out by the pool, the pool man came to clean and put chemicals in. He apologized for the intrusion and did his thing and then we had to wait 30 min to go back in. That was a bit inconvenient and we should’ve been alerted by the host. The pool man just popped in from outside right to our “space”. It was awkward even though he was a nice gentleman. Laundry- I’ve never had a place ask that you wash all the linens (minus 1 towel per person plus bed sheets). We had to wash towels and beach towels before checking out. Also, we had to be responsible for garbage day and take the trash bins out during our stay. I don’t know if that’s common but none of us ever had to do that.

Had to switch last minute and the host was great. Gave us comfort and was a nice quiet place to stay. My grandkids loved the pool and bikes that were there for them. Great place, clean and good space. Thanks.

House was great, good location and super clean. Had an issue with the AC but was fixed right away. Very attentive and reactive property manager. Only issue was the pool that had plenty of small bugs, guessing that the screen didn’t really protect against that. Wasn’t a big deal as almost too hot to use but house may need newer screens.
